Bookings & Cancellations Policy:
In order to confirm a booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total value. Upon receipt, your booking will be secured and a unique reservation number issued. In the event of cancellation, Wanaka Flyfishing and its associate Wanaka Homestead will apply the following fees:
- Cancellations made 30-7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 25% of the value of the total stay.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, or failure to arrive, a charge of 100% will be incurred.
- Should we successfully resell the booking, all charges incurred will be refunded in full.
BAD WEATHER POLICY. Please read before making a reservation!
Due to its geographical location New Zealand is exposed to sudden and severe weather changes. When you book a trip you book the guide and all the organisation that goes with it, you cannot book the weather. We will usually endeavour to offer you the best alternative under the circumstances. If your are flexible we may simply postpone the entire trip. However, this is not always possible as we may be committed to other bookings. Trips are cancelled only under severe weather conditions. No refund can be given in such case.
